What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect the name, phone number, ZIP code and — if you choose to give it — the email address and service you select. We also record the page you submitted from and, if you arrived from a Google ad, the click identifier Google attaches to that visit.

We do not ask for and do not want financial details, government identifiers, or any health information. Please do not include them in any message to us.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry: to call or email you back about your bathroom project, schedule a free in-home consultation, and prepare a written quote. We also use the Google click identifier to measure which ads produce genuine enquiries.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your details are handled by the service providers that run this site and our customer records, and by Google for advertising measurement. Each acts on our instructions only.

Calls and text messages

By submitting the form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time — reply STOP to a text, or call or email us — and we will.

Your California privacy rights

Cookies and measurement

This site uses Google Ads measurement tags to understand which ads lead to enquiries, and to display the correct phone number for the campaign that brought you here. You can block these through your browser settings; the site still works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
